Buko Nero

Buko Nero is a nice little Italian restaurant along Tanjong Pagar road. Family-owned, Chef Oscar whips up fabulous dishes, while his wife and mother-in-law serves. Amongst the stretch of bridal shops and local pubs along Tanjong Pagar Road, I was surprised to find such a place.

Buko Nero is almost always fully booked. Rumour has it that we have to book three months in advance to get a place! We are lucky that someone else cancelled.

Occupying just a single shophouse unit, it is small but very homely.

It is easy to catch a cab right outside the restaurant after the meal. If you drive it would be a real pain though.

I’ve also provided a review from Asiaone, for further reference.
